Jamie DaumAs personal trainers of 7 Flags, we strive to give you the best we possibly can in every way we can.  It is important that you, as our client, get exactly what you want and need at 7 Flags.  Your goals and health are important to us.  A personalized program that fits your gender, body, and your individual goals will be designed specifically for your workouts. You and your Personal Trainer will work together with your own program on a 1-on-1 basis to meet your goals!

As certified personal trainers, with degrees ranging from Exercise Science to Wellness Management, we can help you reach any goal, whether it be general fitness or something more.  Our trainers specialize in general fitness, special populations, group exercise, plyometric training, injury prevention and rehabilitation among other areas.

 But one thing is for sure, we can get you results and get those results quicker.  And in the end, that is the most important thing of all.

Our new FREE fitness classes are now underway and people are having a great time getting fit and having fun!

CIRCUIT TRAINING:
Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30pm to 1:15pm for a free circuit class. It is a free circuit style class that is designed to get your full workout in quickly over your lunch break. You can come and go from this class as you need to but it is offered to the full extent of the time.

XRKade Class:
Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:15pm to about 7:00 pm. It too will be a circuit style class and will involve all of our active gaming in a fun and entertaining atmosphere. So grab your friends and family and make it to one of our classes to see what you think of them. They will all improve your health and overall well being during the dull times of the winter months.

Visual Fitness Planner

The Visual Fitness Planner is an educational health risk assesment tool to assist health and fitness professionals in evaluating the health and fitness needs of our customers and it allows for demonstrating physiological changes that occur with proper nutrition and exercise.  The assessment shows what a person looks like before starting on a program and what they may possibly look like after reaching their desired optimal weight and body fat percentage. The visual images are powerful incentives in motivating clients to stay with their workout and nutritional meal program to reach their goals. 

Dietmaster Pro

The Dietmaster Pro is a dietician approved software program that performs 3 vital funtions:   The first function is performing a dietary analysis of an individuals current eating habits to identify shortfalls, overconsumption, and deficiencies in vitamins and minerals. The second function is building meal plans from PHD approved meal plans.  The third function is to recommend proper calorie levels based on activity, body weight, body fat, gender, and age.  The software saves time, provides credibility and a easy to read; professional handout for the client.

Exercise Explorer

The Exercise Explorer generates individual workouts for our club’s clients based on their goals and fitness levels.  A personal trainer can create a individual specialized exercise plan taylored specifically to achieve the customer's health and fitness goals. The program includes strength training exercises, cardio workouts and flexibility exercises.  The personal trainers can print out pictures of exercises, workout logs and keep performance progress logs.  Also, every exercise one can imagine can be shown visually to explain form and proper technique.  This software is user friendly for clients and personal trainers.
