YOGA
Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. Yoga is used to improve health, flexiblity and happiness.  Thru our classes you can start anytime as a beginner or an advanced yoga student.  Instructor Hillary Hippen-Leek will guide you thru your Yoga experience and take you to a new level of fitness with her extensive expertise. 
Each class is one hour in duration and we provide Yoga mats should you forget your own or just want to try out a class!

KETTLEBELLS
At Maximum Fitness we take Kettlebells to an all new level.  From beginner to advanced user, anyone can participate in our classes.  If you think you know how to use kettlebells, we challenge you to take our class!  Richard Sherrod, World Kettlebell Club Master Trainer will teach you the proper kettlebell techniques to get you the best workout and make you stronger!  Richard is authorized to License kettlebell trainers in the Elite World Kettlebell Club Fitness Protocol worldwide.  Richard finds them a fascinating way to train and loves to teach the correct methods to anyone interested!

Summer is filled with many challenges to “work” in a workout but it is also filled with many opportunities to look your best… class reunions, weddings, swim suit season, etc….   We want you to be in the best shape possible this summer and super excited to offer a new metabolic conditioning program here at Max Fitness. 

You will not be disappointed in the classes….  A metabolic cardio workout focuses on multi-joint, functional plyometric movements.  A “Metabolic” workout features a total body workout that combines muscle building benefits of strength training with the cardiovascular benefits of cardio training.  Don’t miss out on a fun “boot camp-style” workout that will supercharge your metabolism, and build lean muscle.
